    Shipping Policy

    Every single piece of beautiful art that you purchase from us will be handmade and assembled when you order shipped so please allow 1-3 days processing time. Mystikz Gaming employs designers and manufacturers globally and this enables us to provide free tracked shipping to be able to deliver our products worldwide. Shipping can range from 1-3 weeks thereafter. We offer DHL tracked shipping for canvas arts only and they will take 1-3 days to be delivered. 

    For all our other products they will be processed by our global manufacturing partners. Because we ship directly from our partners, your item may take some time. Our promise to you is that all orders are dispatched with free tracking so please do not panic if it does not show up immediately as it'll be on its way (please email us for tracking if you did not receive it).

    As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your PayPal or credit card for the purchase. As soon as we have dispatched it you will receive another email confirming its dispatch along with the tracking code and where to track it. If you do not receive your package please contact us at

    Returns Policy

    Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded and only the price of the product refunded. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. We may be able to offer you an exchange of another item in our store if the item is in good condition. Please contact us beforehand at

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase or email order number with address.

    Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

    There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). This includes items not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error as well as items returned more than 30 days after delivery

    Refunds (if applicable)
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 

    If the item is undamaged, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
